I went with a group of friends to eat breakfast at The Village and this was my first time going. We got a table in their heated patio which was really pleasant. I ordered the cinnamon swirl pancakes which was a seasonal special. I loved the fruit selection, it was so unique to other restaurants. Originally I was afraid that these pancakes were going to be too sweet but I was pleasantly surprised with the taste! It was the perfect amount of sweetness! I would definitely return again.
I met fiends here today. First time ! I was very impressed with the food ! Had the Mt Doug Benny. OMG ! SO GOOD. Easily rivals the best of Victoria. It's so tucked away , I almost couldn't find it !! SO glad I did !
Excellent place to stop for breakfast or lunch. The loveliest staff I've ever met in an establishment. You can tell they really love their community and care about their patrons. A very friendly vibe. Tables are close together but it doesn't feel too cramped. The outdoor patio is nice and heated.
Definitely some solid breakfast and I really enjoyed my visit! There menu is massive. The egg Benny’s come in many different flavours and sides which makes them all unique. Had an excellent latte as well. The thing that made my experience memorable was the service. My waiter was extremely friendly and went out of their way to have conversations. The place it’s self is very cozy! Outside the building there is a seating area with heaters, giving people the opportunity to eat with the breeze of fresh air. I loved everything about this place! We love this place! We are here nearly every week, they cater to my wife's dietary needs and always make us feel welcome. Coffee is always hot and food is amazing, great portion sizes and perfect quality.
